If your self-catering and holiday let accommodation is in England and available to let for short periods that total 140 days or more per year, it will be rated as a self-catering property and valued for business rates.

You can get small business rate relief if:
- your property’s rateable value is less than £15,000
- your business only uses one property – you may still be able to get relief if you use more
