Grey is the default colour for all dates in the Bookalet availability calendar when a property is first added to Bookalet.
The colours of dates is changed in one of two ways:
- A confirmed booking is made – the booked dates will turn pink
- The property owner or the agent manually sets the availability for dates through Bookalet – Available = green, Booked = pink, Provisional = yellow, Unavailable = orange
Under the terms of our client agreements, all bookings will be managed by the agent. Also, requests by the owner to block any dates in the calendar for the property must be made in writing to the agent.
